About the Role:

As an Automotive Reconditioning Manager, you will supervise all the operations of the recon department and ensure that work is completed in a timely manner to the satisfaction of the dealership managers. Your role will involve:

Organize daily work schedule for reconMaintain the inventory vehicle processCoordinate with multiple departments to ensure a smooth and timely recon processDispatch repair orders to technicians and manage workflowWrite, quote, and manage repair orders for the recon processMaintain supplies for recon and rust proofing departmentWrite repair orders for recon, rust proofing and customers, file on daily basisMaintain articulate purchase order recordsPerform other related duties as assigned by supervisory personnelMaintain a good working relationship with dealerships and managers
