As a Recipe Specialist, you are responsible for the I&R projects in the factory, new recipe development, introduction of new and improved products as well as maintaining existing products. You will also support NPTC/Markets with expertise in nutrition science, ensure compliance with Nestlé policies and guidelines.
**A day in the life of a Recipe Specialist..**
+ Customise nutritional formulations, identify formulation issues and lead improvement action programmes within the plant.
+ Timely review data in CAT/DevEX system and carry out necessary corrective and preventive actions.
+ Conduct the evaluation of the raw materials innate data and perform macro/micro ingredient adjustment to optimize the finished product quality.
+ Achieve timely completion of recipe review as per schedule. Support product development and renovation to improve products' nutritional profile Complete the RMPS/RMS review and formulation review for new version of Recipe as per NDC agreed timeline.
+ Involve in the reformulation of existing product for optimized quality and process ability and the development of new formulations.
+ Complete the RMPS/RMS review and formulation review for new version of Recipe as per NDC agreed timeline.

+ Ensure active FERT is linked to approved Semi Finished Goods (SFG) specification
+ Maintain BOM material data completeness and accuracy for new product development & reformulation
**What will make you successful:**
- Degree in Food Science, Technology or a related discipline
- Preferably 3 years’ relevant experience in a manufacturing environment / Food / Pharmaceuticals industry.
- Possess high level of communication and report writing skills
- Must be a team player and able to work independently
