Monthly report of the CPD, accesses and authorized personnel

FM Support

Daily control of subcontractor and backups

Support to follow up of KPI's Implementation

Business Cards

To coordinate the requested business card employees with approved Diageo supplier (around 10 per month)

Electricity & Water invoicing

To provide electricity and water invoice from the web site. To tracker the consumption and send an email to PTP with invoices and PO number.

 
Fleet Fines Management
Download the fines in the "Miratusmultas" program; Request personal data from the offending driver to identify him in the "Miratusmultas" program or in the corresponding organization.

Brandstore:

Processing of employee requests to be managed with the provider in charge of the service.

Mailroom backup

To support the mailroom activity when staff is receiving deliveries in the storage point.
