Per-Diem/Rotating Rotating shifts vary from 8:00am - 4:30pm / 4:30pm - 7:00pm M-F Weekends: 8:00am - 1:30pm / 1:30-7:00pm; flexible Coverage as needed for holidays, vacations, sick-days We are looking for a friendly, organized, and compassionate individual to join our team where you make a difference in our residents' lives and our community. **Duties to be performed:**
+ Clerical support to Administration and other departments.
+ Answering a multi-phone line system, greeting/directing guests as well as responding to inquiries appropriately and timely.
+ Assisting with high-levels of correspondence in a fast-paced environment.
**What you will need:**
+ H.S. Diploma or GED
**Candidates should hold the following:**
+ 2+ years of clerical experience in a health-related field preferred
+ Excellent phone decorum with clear verbal and written communication
+ High customer engagement
+ Strong computer skills
+ Being able to work as part of a team
+ Senior Living experience a plus!
Pay Range:$16.70 - $20.36
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
