About the role
We currently have an opportunity for a Part-time Receptionist (4 days a week) to join our team at Regis Legana. This role would require and would suit someone who has previous knowledge in rostering and is outgoing, friendly, and who relates well to the elderly. It requires someone with an excellent phone manners and IT Skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.

Set in a tranquil, rural setting, Regis Legana is just a 5-minute drive to the Tamar Island Wetlands, and 20-minutes from Beaconsfield Mine along the picturesque Tamar Valley. We’re beautifully situated and our Home has an authentic country feel to it, alongside magnificent views of the snow-peaked mountain ranges.

About you
Previous experience working in a busy reception roleAbility to multi-task and meet deadlines in an autonomous capacityStrong accuracy and data entry skillsPC literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Word and Excel)Ability to learn internal software systemsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsOutstanding communication, telephone and customer service skillsExperience working within a busy and constantly changing environmentStrong attention to detailBright and friendly demeanour, with a willingness to assist with all customer and resident enquiries
