What this job involves
Working with JLL’s tech client in Melbourne as a Receptionist, you will play a key role within the client’s office as the first point of contact for all incoming calls, employees and the general public. This role ensures experience provided is seamless, welcoming and professional representing both JLL and the client.
Snapshot of the role:
Deliver high-quality service through face-to-face, telephone, and email communication
Manage facilities inbox/helpdesk, promptly addressing enquiries and resolving issues
Maintain tidy and hazard-free reception, common spaces, and meeting rooms; coordinate bookings and catering
Oversee office supplies inventory, mail handling, and courier organisation
Participate in safety drills and training; collaborate with facilities team on maintenance issues
Manage vendor relationships and on-site coordination for various services
Coordinate client events and respond to employee enquiries regarding facility matters
Process invoices and work orders; schedule routine inspections and manage facility-related communications
Assist Facility site lead with daily operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and perform ad hoc duties as requested
