Main purpose/objective of the position:
To receive and handle walk-in clients and visitors and to answer switchboard in such a way that it projects a professional image of the office General administrative tasks will also form part of this position as part of support to the entire team Experience/Education:
Minimum GR12 or equivalent 2 years relevant experience Skills required:
Telephone skills General administrative skills Computer literacy (MS Office, particularly Outlook and Word) Ability to multi-task Interpersonal skills Knowledge required:
Switchboard Policies & Procedures Competencies required:
Communication Customer & quality focus Methodical Teamwork & co-operation Self confidence Tolerance for routine Only Egyptian nationals will be considered for the role.
