OverviewAs the Receptionist Office Assistant, you will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Receptionist Office & Personal Assistant to support our New York corporate office and leadership team. This role combines front-desk responsibilities with hands-on administrative and personal assistant duties, ensuring smooth office operations and providing direct support to executives.
Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a polished and professional first impression.Direct guests to the appropriate person or department.Maintaining heavy, complex and frequently changing calendars and coordinating meetings.Answer multi-line telephone system, screen and direct calls in accordance with Highgate Standards Coordinating all aspects of appointments, meetings, and conference calls and travel arrangements.
