What this opportunity involves:

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, bright and enthusiastic professional to work onsite for one of our employment-orientated tech client based in Sydney CBD.

As the Receptionist and Facilities Administrator, you will have the overall responsibility of front of house for maintaining a lasting, collaborative relationship with clients through the delivery of a unique and authentic experience.

In this busy and diverse role, you’ll be responsible for:

Meet and greet clients and contractors and guide through the sign in process

Superior customer service to meet on-site client’s expectations

Event coordinate bookings of meeting and conference rooms, working with vendors and catering teams.

Ensure room set-ups are in place for training and meetings

Ensure rooms are stocked with appropriate stationary supplies

Check that audio-visual services are in place and in working order

Support the broader facilities team in any planned and corrective maintenance in the reception area

Assist the facilities team in any staff moves and relocations, meeting room setups, ordering supplies and adhoc client requests

Issue access cards and assist and support any relevant security processes

Collect and/or receive courier deliveries, receipting in register and contacting relevant staff

Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures
