Job DescriptionMaintain effective administration for the day-to-day operation of the apprentice training programmes and training centreSupport training centre reception duties and delegate satisfaction by offering guidanceEncourage a supportive learning environment within the training centre, encouraging positive behaviours from all delegates and staffLiaising with Servace and clients in relation to the bookings of learner webinars, learner and staff hotel accommodation / requirementsSupport with planning and organising adhoc events and team meetingsSupport with planning and organising the training centre utilising ScheduleITData / administration input to cover learner starts, reviews, health & safety reports, functional skills and learner support funding, achievers, early leavers, certification into the LMSSupport any data or systems related activities necessary for the maintenance of Government funded contractsOffer learner support when required and ensure all actions support learner safeguardingSupporting with client/programme requests as well as offering accurate advice on Levy and Non-Levy ContractsSupport compliance by following process and accuracy in all work and data entryProduce reports where requiredSupporting with day to day requests from the operational team and any other Bosch Leaders.QualificationsA good level of education with strong proficiency in English, Maths and ICTHighly computer literate with a good working knowledge of MS applications and data applicationsMust be able to prioritise own workload and meet target deadlinesGood communication skills requiredPossess strong organisational skillsUse balanced judgement and informed decision making in the delivery of his/her dutiesDisplay, at all times, a customer oriented, service provider attitude and be a positive ambassador for the companyTake ownership of customer queries. Think partnerships.
