A highly respected investment firm in downtown Chicago is seeking a poised, detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to be the face of the office and provide critical front-office and administrative support. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a polished, professional environment, takes initiative, and enjoys supporting a high-performing team.

What You'll Do:

Serve as the first point of contact for guests and callersManage the daily operations of the front office including visitor registration, conference room coordination, and mail handlingMaintain a clean, professional office environment including kitchen, workrooms, and common spacesSupport event planning and meeting preparation with catering, setup, and materials coordinationAssist with administrative projects such as document formatting, light IT troubleshooting, and office supply inventoryProvide occasional support to executives and teams on special assignments

Key Requirements:

2+ years of experience in an administrative role (ideally in professional services)Bachelor's degree preferred but not requiredProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work full-time, onsite in downtown ChicagoWillingness to complete confidentiality and compliance attestations
