Job Description
The role of Receptionist involves providing administrative support to a department or office. This includes greeting visitors, answering calls, setting up meeting rooms, and overseeing various office nuances.
Responsibilities
Greet visitors and provide a welcoming environment at the front desk.Field phone calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.Assist local office personnel with various administrative tasks.Place office supply orders and restock supplies as needed.Coordinate office events and manage logistics.Send local office communications and handle mail, including FedEx.Manage employee office access and oversee the management of break rooms, conference rooms, and office space.Essential Skills
Good organizational skills.Proficiency in computer programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Ability to anticipate needs and follow up consistently without being asked.Strong professional verbal communication skills.Capability to coordinate multi-step workflows.Quickly read situations and respond appropriately.Additional Skills & Qualifications
2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role.Experience managing complex calendars with shifting priorities.Event planning skills.Ability to run agendas and take clear, actionable notes.Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.Work Environment
The role is in-person, located at 111 W. Oak Ave., Suite 100, Tampa, FL. You will be part of the operations team, reporting directly to the Operations Leader and working closely with the local market leader. The typical working day is from 8 AM to 5 PM.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Tampa, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
