Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team. This role involves providing administrative support to a department or office, including greeting visitors, answering calls, setting up meeting rooms, and overseeing various office nuances such as break rooms, conference rooms, and office space.

ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist visitors at the front desk.Field phone calls and direct them appropriately.Assist local office personnel with administrative tasks.Place orders for office supplies and ensure they are stocked.Coordinate and plan office events.Restock office supplies as needed.Send local office communications.Handle mail and FedEx deliveries efficiently.Manage employee office access and security.Essential SkillsExcellent organizational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Strong verbal communication skills.Ability to anticipate needs and follow up without being prompted.Skill in coordinating multi-step workflows.Quickly reading situations and responding appropriately.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in managing complex calendars with shifting priorities.Event planning skills.Ability to run agendas and take clear, actionable notes.Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.2 to 3 years of relevant experience.Work Environment

The role operates within the operations team and reports directly to the Operations Leader while closely working with the local market leader. The typical workday is from 8 AM to 5 PM. The receptionist will be the first point of contact at the front desk and will manage various administrative tasks to support the office's smooth operation.

This is a Contract position based out of Jacksonville, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
