We are seeking a personable, customer-focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers by phone and in person. This role will handle a high volume of incoming calls, process customer payments over the phone and at the front counter, and support basic office administration such as filing and record organization.\nKey Responsibilities\n\nAnswer and route a high volume of incoming calls, providing friendly, professional customer service.\nTake and process payments over the phone and in person at the counter; provide receipts and ensure accurate documentation. \nMaintain accurate customer records and support office organization through filing and document management (paper and/or electronic). \nAssist customers with general questions, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members as needed. \nSupport day-to-day front office needs including scanning, copying, data entry, and general administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications\n\n5+ years of receptionist/front office experience (customer-facing). \nPrior cashiering/payment processing experience (phone and/or in-person transactions). \nStrong customer service skills: professional communication, patience, and ability to stay calm under pressure. \nSolid computer skills and comfort using standard office systems (email, scheduling, spreadsheets, basic data entry). \nStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. \nPreferred Qualifications\n\nBilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred, but not required. \nExperience working in a customer service environment with high call volume.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
