We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team and support our dynamic environment. This role is crucial in maintaining the smooth operation of our office, supporting event coordination, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.

ResponsibilitiesAnswer the main phone line and guide callers in the right direction.Provide support for internal and external event coordination.Maintain the upkeep of facilities and kitchen areas.Assist in tracking office supply inventory and notify management when orders are needed.Clean and maintain coffee machines.Ensure cleanliness and organization within the workspace.Essential SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel at an entry level.Minimum of 1 year of front desk or office management experience.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in event coordination is a plus.Strong customer service skills with comfort in phone communication.Ability to multitask and wear multiple hats as needed.Work Environment

This is a front desk role requiring onsite presence 5 days a week from 7:00am to 4:00pm. The position involves daily interaction with team members, task delegation, and adapting to various responsibilities as needed. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
