Job Description:
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members. This role supports daily office operations by managing front‑desk responsibilities, coordinating communication, and providing administrative assistance to ensure a welcoming, efficient, and professional environment.
Responsibilities
Operate the main phone line and route calls appropriately.Greet visitors, notify employees of arrivals, and ensure a positive front-desk experience.Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, snacks, and food deliveries; communicate with employees regarding received items.Maintain calendars and schedule conference rooms.Support meeting and event logistics, including letting vendors and caterers into the office, assisting with lunches, and basic event setup.Perform routine administrative tasks such as filing, printing, mailing, and organizing documentation.Assist with special projects such as maintaining mailing lists or internal records.Support new employee equipment setup as needed.Maintain a professional appearance of the reception area and workspace.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
