To learn more about CIBC, please visit CIBC.com (https://www.cibc.com/en/about-cibc.html) **KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES** + Handling receptionist duties, including greeting guests, answering the phone, managing mail orders, coordinating courier services, and providing excellent reception services to guests. + Providing clerical and administrative support to the Administration Department. + Handling meeting room arrangements. + Making travel arrangements as required. + Serving tea and drinks to guests. + Managing stationery orders, pantry supplies, and stock keeping. + Arranging maintenance work for office facilities and equipment. + Assisting with ad hoc duties as required. **KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS** + Higher Diploma or above + At least 1-3 years working experience in reception/admin + Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese + Stable, well organized, detail-minded, self-motivated and able to work independently + Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint + Good communication and interpersonal skills + Able to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure **What you need to know** + CIBC is committed to creating an inclusive environment where all team members and clients feel like they belong.
