Receptionist
Receptionist - 000GEJ Description The Receptionist's responsibilities include, but are not limited to: + Greets and assist guests, which could include outside guests, maintenance, employees, food deliveries and plant deliveries. + Provides phone coverage for the 18th floor, ensuring calls are routed appropriately. + Coordinates scheduling the boardroom. + Handles management meeting books. + Acts as administrator for the boardroom calendar. + Ensures orderliness of the boardroom after meetings. + Issues parking validations for guests. + Monitors 18th floor cameras throughout the floor. + Monitors and maintains office supply inventory and paper supply for the 18th floor. + Prepares and ensures coffee is in the boardroom Mon-Fri. + Delivers newspapers to recipients of the 18th floor and ensure orderliness around desk area. + Replenishes items in areas where needed. + Requests via email the visitors of the day from those anticipating guests. + Maintains familiarity with company leadership, board of directors and other key stakeholders. + Demonstrates company confidentiality. + Maintains a positive and professional demeanor during all interaction. + Completes various other administrative duties for the 18th floor. + Provides backup support to Chairman and Vice Chairman. + Performs other tasks as requested or assigned. Qualifications The successful candidate will meet the following qualifications: + High school diploma is required. Associates degree preferred. + 5-10 years of experience is preferred in an administrative role, supporting executives or leadership teams in a corporate environment. + Attention to detail and accuracy are required. + Ability to juggle competing priorities, multi-task and be flexible in a variety of workplace situations. + Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word is required. + Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgement is required. + Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a variety of stakeholders.
