Job Description

We are seeking a warm and welcoming Receptionist to be the first point of contact for employees and guests. This role involves greeting visitors, managing phone calls, handling mail, and maintaining the front desk email. You will also be responsible for stocking the break room and sending shipment updates.

Responsibilities

Greet employees and guests warmly and professionally.Answer and transfer phone calls as needed.Sign for incoming packages and notify the recipient promptly.Manage incoming mail and handle shipments via FedEx and UPS.Update shipment statuses and manage front desk emails.Stock the break room with necessary supplies like coffee and water.

Essential Skills

Minimum 1+ year of recent receptionist, front desk, or administrative work.Strong clerical and customer service skills.Proficiency in MS Office.Highschool Diploma/GED minimum. Associate Degree preferred.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Ability to follow instructions, multitask, and stay organized.Possess a positive attitude and team-player mentality.Confidence in greeting and engaging with visitors.

This is a Permanent position based out of Schaumburg, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
