What You’ll Do:

Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional mannerAnswer incoming calls and respond to inquiriesDirect phone calls to appropriate departmentsProcess customer payments (cash, credit, etc.) accurately and efficientlyBalance and reconcile the cash office accounts and bank deposits dailySupport the Office Manager and/or General Manager with general clerical dutiesAttend team meetings and scheduled training sessionsPerform other basic administrative duties as assigned 

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skillsFriendly, upbeat personality with strong attention to detailProfessional phone etiquette and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)1–2 years of experience in a cashier or receptionist role preferredA strong desire to learn, grow, and build a career in the automotive industryCDK (automotive dealership software) knowledge would be a plus but not required.
