Receptionist
Job Description We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join one of the largest agricultural companies in the world. You will be joining the Global Facilities team at the Saskatoon office, supporting employees and visitors in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, on-site role with an initial contract of 6 months and strong potential for extension or transition into a permanent position. The successful candidate will be the face and voice of Nutrien, providing front-line support and general administrative assistance while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include managing access cards, assisting with onboarding contractors and employees, coordinating fleet bookings and maintenance, and supporting property management with maintenance requests. You will also help with emergency evacuations, booking large meetings and events, and fielding a wide range of inquiries from visitors, contractors, and staff. This role requires a proactive, task-oriented individual who can work independently while being a collaborative team player. Ideal candidates are professionals with a go-getter attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. You’ll be supported by a kind and experienced team of three other Saskatoon-based colleagues, all of whom have reception experience and are committed to helping you succeed. Skills and Requirements • 1+ years of experience in administrative, receptionist, or related roles  • Diploma or certificate in business administration or equivalent education and experience  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new software platforms  • Professional demeanor with strong business acumen  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills  • Ability to self-direct and manage tasks independently while working effectively within a team Willingness to take on new responsibilities and maintain a polished, welcoming presence
