Receptionist
Job Description Insight Global is looking for a receptionist to join a client of ours in Bloomington, MN. This person will be responsible for handling front office reception and assigned administration duties, including but not limited to greeting guests, answering phones, handling company inquiries. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities •Answer phones and operate switchboard. •Route calls to specific people. •Answer inquiries about the company. •Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable. •Ensure reception area is tidy. •Directs visitors where they sign in. •Send faxes. •Take and relay messages. •Prepare and Update daily schedule. •Perform assigned clerical duties. •Assist with preparation of Camp documents as requested. •Assist Groups and Vacation teams as needed. •Sign for Fed Ex, US Mail and other deliveries. •Distribute parcels and other mail to Accounting. •Monitor Flight-stats/Safe-to-go systems and distribute to agents. •Other duties as assigned Expected pay: $20-$24/hr We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements •Minimum of 2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a front desk administrative role. •Proven ability to create clear, professional communications (written and verbal) for internal and external audiences. •Exceptional customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. •Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. •Previous experience in the travel industry
