What this job involves: As a Receptionist at JLL, you'll be the welcoming face of our organization, playing a vital role in shaping a brighter way for our clients, ourselves, and our fellow employees. In this dynamic position, you'll manage the front desk and mailroom operations, ensuring smooth communication and efficient mail handling. We believe the most effective teams are built when everyone is empowered to thrive, and in this role, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to our culture of collaboration, both locally and across the globe. Your attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and friendly demeanor will be key in creating a positive first impression for visitors and maintaining seamless internal operations.

What your day-to-day will look like:
• Greet and direct visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services
• Answer and route phone calls, take messages, and respond to general inquiries
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area and mailroom
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling
• Ensure security protocols are followed for visitor access and package handling
• Collaborate with various departments to support daily operations and special projects

Required Qualifications:
• Higher Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
• Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Experience in mailroom operations or logistics
• Knowledge of visitor management systems and mail tracking software
• Bilingual skills (Spanish, Mandarin, or other languages)
• Experience in a corporate office environment
• Basic understanding of office equipment maintenance
• Familiarity with health and safety protocols in an office setting
