We are currently looking for a Receptionist to play an important front of house role.

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

\n\nTo exceed and manage customer expectations by coordinating the supply and handover process of all branded Company ECO & Loan scheme vehicles\nFully embrace the collective team's aim to maintain the high satisfaction rating achieved monthly by offering a friendly and professional service to all our customers\nProcessing of payments for damaged vehicles \nProcessing refunds \nData input into Vehicle Management System\nGreeting and assisting drivers with queries onsite\nLiaising closely with vehicle inspectors\n\n

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO HAVE

\n\nPrevious Reception/front of house experience is essential\nStrong Administration skills\nProven track record in a customer service environment\nPrevious vehicle ordering experience is desirable\nExcellent communication both verbally and written\nBe proactive and forwarding thinking with great organisation skills\nIT literate - knowledge of Microsoft package. System training will be provided (Fleet Drive system)\n\n
