Private Investment firm located near Grand Central is seeking a Temp to Perm Receptionist to support the office. Hours are 9:30am-6:30pm with a 30-minute lunch break. This position will start ASAP and will be open ended, at least through end of November. The position is fully in the office, 5 days per week.

Responsibilities:

Answer phonesGreet guests and provide a high touch client experienceMaintain reception areaHandle scheduling/calendar management of conference roomsAssist with various administrative tasks

Qualifications:

At least 1+ years of experience in an administrative role, ideally out of financial servicesWhite glove customer service mentalityCalm under pressure and able to handle competing prioritiesProactive, professional, and extremely detail oriented

Hourly rate: $23-25/hr
