Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience)
Reports To: Clinic Manager
Team: Front of House within a wider team of 60 staff including clinicians, support staff, corporate and project teams

Role Overview
As the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and clients, the Receptionist plays a vital role in ensuring a welcoming, professional, and seamless front-of-house experience. This position requires excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail, supporting both patients and the wider business. The role is fully office-based in the City of London and requires someone polished, personable, and confident in a fast-paced, premium healthcare setting.
 
Key Responsibilities
Provide a professional and courteous welcome to all patients, visitors, and clientsManage front desk operations including telephone, email, and in-person enquiriesSchedule appointments and manage the clinic diary with accuracy and efficiencyLiaise with clinicians and support staff to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the dayHandle sensitive patient information with discretion and in line with data protection policiesSupport with billing, payment processing, and basic administration tasksEnsure reception and waiting areas are presented to the highest standards at all timesAssist with general office coordination and provide support to the wider team where requiredEscalate patient or client queries appropriately to management or clinical staff 
Candidate Profile
Essential:
Previous experience (2 years min) in a receptionist, front of house, or administrative role (healthcare or premium service environment desirable)Confident, professional, and well-presented with excellent interpersonal skillsStrong organisational and time-management skillsIT-literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and diary management systemsAble to work with discretion, confidentiality, and attention to detailFluent English, both written and spokenDesirable:
Experience in private healthcare, luxury service, or high-end hospitality environmentsPersonality & Style:

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm (clinic operates between 8:00am–8:00pm; occasional flexibility may be required)
Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
