The Receptionist serves as the primary on-site contact for our client facility, delivering exceptional customer service while managing daily operations across reception, shipping, and administrative functions. This role requires seamless coordination between multiple client departments and our Toronto head office to ensure superior service delivery.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Reception & Guest Services
Greet visitors and manage all inquiries with professionalism and courtesyHandle phone calls, visitor management, and guest pass coordinationMaintain reception area presentation and manage office suppliesCoordinate catering and office functionsShipping & Mailroom Operations
Serve as primary Mailroom clerk handling all incoming/outgoing packagesProcess international shipments including commercial invoices and customs coordinationManage specialized equipment shipments to provincial installers and customersCoordinate sample shipments for brewery and marketing teamsOversee driver deliveries and logisticsCustomer Service & Order Management
Collaborate with Customer Service team on daily order processing and delivery coordinationProcess walk-in orders and payments on-siteGenerate custom daily, weekly, and monthly reports for various teamsAdministrative & Financial Support
Distribute employee payment information and process receiptsSupport warehouse operations with shipping reports, orders, and paymentsAssist with order processing and finalizationClient Relationship Management
Proactively manage hospitality services per client standards and KPIsCollaborate across all JLL business lines (FM, Engineering, Transactions, Projects)Ensure superior customer satisfaction through consistent service deliveryHealth & Safety Compliance
Maintain safe working environment for all employees and visitorsComply with all health and safety guidelines, policies, and proceduresWHAT YOU WILL BRING:
