Job Description
The Office Administrator II is responsible for coordinating site visitors and guests, both internal and external. This role serves as the Point of Contact for all front desk activities and assists the general manager, as well as other departments, with administrative functions.
ResponsibilitiesGreet visitors and guests in the main lobby.Complete visitor forms and clearance checks for Denied Party Screenings (DPS) prior to visitor arrivals and assign proper badging to maintain security and access control at site entrances.Assign badges, nameplates, and coordinate meet & greets for all new employees, interns, and contractors.Assist the Contracts Director with the creation of NDAs and track expiration dates for the site.Assist various departments with document scanning and data loading into SharePoint.Update organizational charts, seating charts, and other site-specific documents.Support the indirect supply chain with purchase requisition generation in SAP.Manage office supply orders and purchasing for the site.Serve as project coordinator for the Health and Wellness Fair, overseeing activities such as biometrics, flu shots, and other health and wellness topics.Essential SkillsProficient in front desk operations and Microsoft Office.Effective communication skills internally and externally.Professional demeanor and comfort with front desk responsibilities.Additional Skills & Qualifications2+ years of administrative experience.Friendly and trustworthy, with the ability to log people in accurately.Work Environment
This position is 100% onsite, requiring comfort and professionalism while sitting at the front desk.

This position is based out of Twinsburg, Ohio.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
