Position Description:

Responsibilities:• Serve as the first point of contact for the company and expected to promote professional image of the company at all times.• Answering, screening and forwarding any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed. Keeping the awareness on members and client confidentiality and data protection.• Sorting and distribution of daily post/deliveries/couriers
• Company ID creation and biometric enrollment • Manage the Meeting Room booking tool and provide timely resolution on meeting room reservations when conflict arises.Qualifications- At least 2 years college of Business Administration or other related courses- Above average oral and written communication- Ability to organize, multitask, and prioritize to ensure daily deliverables are being met- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
