The Receptionist at Radiometer is responsible for managing the reception desk, including answering and forwarding telephone calls, welcoming and assisting visitors, providing basic company information, and cooperating with external suppliers. The role also includes supporting business travel arrangements for employees in coordination with the corporate travel agency, as well as handling incoming and outgoing correspondence. The receptionist also supports administrative tasks related to Radiometer Sp. z o.o. locations in Stargard.
This position is part of the Administration and internal services Department located in Poland (Stargard- RSOL/ RSTA) and will be on-site work model. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.
You will be part of the Administration team and report to the Administration and Internal Services Manager, who is responsible for reception management, document workflow, building access cards, pool car fleet, company archive, pest control, waste management, cleaning services, business travel coordination, canteen operations, clothing warehouse and locker management, as well as green area and winter grounds maintenance.
