Description We are looking for a dedicated Part-time Receptionist with flexible hours to join our team on a contract to hire basis in Monroe, Washington. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth scheduling and providing excellent service. This position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Responsibilities: • Coordinate and schedule plumbing service appointments using manual records. • Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues. • Ensure all written records are clear and legible. • Serve as a welcoming presence for customers, creating a positive experience. • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations. Requirements • At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role. • Proficient in managing tasks without reliance on computer systems. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Clear and legible handwriting. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
