Our client, a private equity firm, is seeking a Receptionist in New York, NY. The hours are 8:30am-6:00pm. This role is fully in office, five days per week.
Responsibilities:
* Serve as the first point of contact, greeting clients, investors, and guests with a polished and professional demeanor
* Manage all front desk operations, including answering phones, directing visitors, and overseeing conference and Zoom room scheduling and setup
* Maintain a high standard of order and cleanliness across the office, including managing pantry and coffee bar supplies
* Track and manage food, beverage, and office supply inventory and budgets
* Provide administrative support to the broader admin team, with exposure to Executive Assistant responsibilities
* Assist with catering and vendor coordination for meetings and events
* Support event planning, conference logistics, and calendar management as needed
Qualifications:
* 0-2+ years of front-of-house experience in high-end hospitality, client service, or reception roles
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
Compensation/Benefits:
* Up to $60K plus bonus
