Shift options are:-
5 days a week 8am to 1pm or 3 days a week 8am to 4:30pm Greeting and managing all visitors and contractors to the site in a professional and friendly manner Handling general administration, post management, travel arrangements, and accommodation bookings Leading our Community Engagement Project, championing local fundraising and donation activities Managing site resources like the pool car system, Car Davis database, kitchen supplies, and bottled water stock Supporting the People Team with administration, interviews, forums, and site communication

Previous experience as a Receptionist or Administraton Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels Organised and detail-focused with a proactive approach Confident using Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint A team player with a collaborative and adaptable attitude Someone who values people and delivers exceptional customer service We also want you to thrive in an engaging and inclusive work culture where you will have the opportunity to take on personal accountability and take pride in your work.
