Description
+ Front Desk Management: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, greet guests warmly, and provide guidance as needed.
+ Phone Support: Answer, screen, and direct phone calls efficiently, ensuring a prompt and professional response to inquiries.
+ Administrative Tasks: Perform routine clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and calendar management.
+ Scheduling: Manage appointments and meetings for team members and maintain conference room schedules.
+ Mail Handling: Sort, distribute, and handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages.
+ Office Coordination: Maintain common areas, ensure the front desk is stocked with necessary supplies, and assist with supply inventory.
+ Customer Service: Address visitor inquiries and resolve issues while demonstrating professionalism and courtesy.
Requirements
+ High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required (associate degree or administrative certification preferred).
+ Proven experience in a receptionist or front office role is a plus.
+ Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
+ Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
+ A professional demeanor with excellent dress etiquette.
