Job Title: Receptionist

Job Description

We are seeking a professional and courteous individual to be the face of our company. The receptionist will be stationed at the main reception area, responsible for answering the phone, greeting guests, responding to emails, and providing hospitality services such as setting up and breaking down hot and cold beverage services, breakfasts, and lunches. This role does not require extensive lifting, standing, or walking.

ResponsibilitiesSit at the main reception area and serve as the initial point of contact for visitors.Answer and manage phone calls efficiently.Greet guests with professionalism and hospitality.Respond to emails promptly and accurately.Provide hospitality services including beverage setup and meal arrangements.Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.Essential SkillsExcellent customer service skills.Experience with front desk operations.Proficient in administrative support tasks.Professional written and verbal communication abilities.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh school diploma required.2+ years of prior receptionist experience.Experience with MS Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Work Environment

The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm. The work environment is professional and requires a neat appearance.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.62 - $25.62/hr.
