Qualifications :
University degree,
Minimum 2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role,
Good command of English (written and spoken),
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.),
Strong communication and negotiation skills,
High sense of ethics, responsibility, and professionalism.
Responsibilities : Answer incoming phone calls, identify the purpose of the call, and forward to the appropriate person or department,
Welcome guests and visitors in a professional manner and direct them to the correct destination,
Manage the office switchboard and handle incoming/outgoing faxes,
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail; prepare outgoing mail and liaise with couriers and delivery services,
Receive and forward invoices to the relevant departments,
Manage newspaper and magazine subscriptions,
Coordinate office support staff (e.g., office boys) for meetings, seminars, and other in-office events, including catering arrangements.
