Description We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team in Honolulu, Hawaii. In this Contract role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our organization, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a modern office environment. Responsibilities: • Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact. • Manage incoming calls efficiently, directing them to the appropriate departments. • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure accessibility and accuracy. • Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. • Process incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution. • Maintain inventory records for office supplies and handle restocking as needed. • Perform data entry tasks, including numeric entries and packet preparation, with high attention to detail. • Utilize 10-key skills for efficient and accurate data processing. • Create and edit documents using Microsoft Word and Excel to support office operations. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role. • Proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel for document creation and data management. • Strong computer skills and familiarity with office software. • Ability to perform accurate data entry, including numeric and 10-key tasks. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with clients and staff. • Organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and maintain effective filing systems. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and responsibilities. • A positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
