The Role
Join JLL working onsite for a large tech client as a Receptionist. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, creating a welcoming atmosphere while providing essential facilities support. This dynamic role requires strong customer service skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to interact confidently with people at all organisational levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Serving as the first point of contact, providing superior service to all employees and visitors
Manage daily reception operations, including enquiries and processing deliveries and mail
Support meeting room bookings to ensure seamless experience for all users
Assist with client events, providing reception and logistical support
Manage the client's Ticketing System for day-to-day operational requests
Order and maintain office supplies, tracking inventory and managing stock levels
Build relationships with clients and stakeholders across all organisational levels
Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure seamless service delivery

Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with a wide range of clientele
Strong attention to detail to ensure best possible service delivery
Self-motivated, confident and energetic, while handling stressful situations effectively
A team player who works effectively with others, as well as being capable of working independently
Experience from working in hospitality or reception previously is advantageous
