What You'll Do
Can you make our office run efficiently and professionally and make it comfortable at the same time? Do you dream of working at the heart of an international company with results-oriented and hardworking colleagues and clients from all over the world? Then you could be our new Receptionist!
As our new Receptionist you will take ownership for our reception and the administrative functions that come with it. As our face to the world, you greet your colleagues in the morning, provide a high level of service to our clients and visitors, and keep on friendly and efficient terms with our suppliers. You prepare our conference rooms, making sure they’re always tidy and welcoming. As the central point of contact for all your colleagues, it’s up to you to keep the office ticking, finding solutions and calling in help for everything from water leaks to faulty desks to champagne receptions. In addition, your responsibilities will also include:
Communicating with the landlord and various service providers Ensuring compliance with BCG’s Safety and Security guidelines Administrating and issuing access badgesWhat You'll Bring
You have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably working in an international environment. You know your way around Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Mastering office IT equipment would also be an advantage. You speak Swedish fluently and can communicate professionally in English. Above all, you have a positive personality and the organisational skills to make all the behind-the-scenes magic happen and come up with creative solutions to unforeseen challenges.

Who You'll Work With
Our Operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and management assistants, receptionists, facilities staff, and a Business Services Manager who leads the entire Operations Team.
