Assist the Workplace Manager to deliver high level client servicesLiaise with general and key administrative personnel within JP Morgan Chase Bank (JPMC).DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The key responsibilities include:
Reception FunctionsAssist to transfer internal and external calls.Direct external couriers to mailrooms when approached.Assist to inform client on arrival of respective guestsShow staff and visitors to meeting rooms on client area.Assist in meeting room bookings for staff.Assist walk-in.Administrative FunctionsSeason parking (New application, Change of IU, Payment, Termination, GIRO submission)Room booking.Door access renewal.OthersAssist Workplace Manager when required.KEY PERFORMANCE
MEASURES
Manage the service delivery as per agreed SLA.Achieve customer satisfaction.Contribute to achieve agreed KPI and SLA targets.Compliance with JPMC/JLL standards and audit requirements.Location:
