ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS-
· Greet and welcome all visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
· Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
· Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area.
· Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
· Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and visitor check-ins.
· Provide general administrative support as needed (e.g., data entry, filing, document preparation).
· Anticipate the needs of visitors and ensure a smooth and welcoming experience.
· Support internal teams with administrative tasks and act as a communication liaison when needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS-
· Professional, courteous, and customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
· Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
· Strong judgment and the ability to anticipate the needs of guests and staff.
· Computer savvy with the ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple software systems.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word.
· High attention to detail and accuracy.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS-
Prior experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer service role preferred.
$19-$20/HOURLY
