Position Summary
We are looking for a friendly, professional Receptionist to join our law firm. This person will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors and will help with a variety of administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and has great communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
+ Greet clients, visitors, and staff in a polite and professional manner
+ Answer and direct phone calls; take messages when needed
+ Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
+ Keep the reception area clean and presentable
+ Schedule and manage conference room bookings
+ Help with basic administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and office supply ordering
+ Work with other departments to support meetings and events
+ Maintain confidentiality and a professional appearance at all times
Requirements
Requirements
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ 1–2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role; experience in a law firm is a plus
+ Strong communication and customer service skills
+ Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
+ Ability to stay organized and multitask in a busy office
+ Professional and friendly attitude
