**Primary Duties:**
+ In/out bounds calls, phone team participant answering the main line incoming calls
+ Monitoring insurance compliance throughout the policy lifecycle
+ Conduct detailed review of insurance documents against contract requirements
+ Speak with insureds, agents, and motor carriers in regard to accounts, policy verification and coverage deficiencies
+ Facilitate and provide quote for callers seeking temporary and/or permanent insurance program enrollment
+ Document information, follow if necessary, and answer questions/concerns timely for clients
+ Provide detailed communications & summary of deficiencies to insurance agents and customers
+ Update online compliance system with account status and information, etc.
+ Meet quality assurance requirements and other key performance metrics
+ Attend and participate in weekly team meetings
+ Provide back up to receptionist duties
**Job Requirements:**
+ Knowledgeable in Microsoft office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
+ Must be able to have good judgement to make informative decisions when considering handling escalated and urgent matters, etc.
+ Strong oral & written communication skills
+ Adhere to employee manual including confidentiality requirements
+ Comply with Carrier partner(s) service practices & procedures
+ Assure that PHP is represented in the utmost professional manner when working with insureds, agents, customers, vendors and the community
+ Provide additional support to Department Manager on special tasks/projects as needed
+ To process all Urgent tasks within two hours of receipt, by the end of business at the very least
+ Coordinate/manage relationships with our vendors to ensure all clients requirements and expectations are exceeded
+ To Treat all employees with respect and courtesy in all business and personal matters
**Desired** **Schedule: This role will report to our Napa office (222 Gateway Road W Napa, CA) five days a week, with a** **Monday – Friday; 6:30 am-3:30 am PST schedule** .
_Disclosure required under applicable state or municipality regulations: The expected salary range for this position is $24-$26 an hour and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
