Description We are looking for a dedicated and personable Receptionist to join our team in Midland, Texas. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a trucking center and is structured as a Contract to permanent position. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities: • Welcome and assist visitors with a detail-oriented and friendly demeanor. • Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns efficiently. • Manage the cash drawer, including processing payments made via cash, credit card, or check. • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls using a multi-line phone system, ensuring prompt and courteous communication. • Maintain accurate records through data entry and other administrative tasks. • Complete special assignments as directed by the General Manager. • Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers, ensuring their needs are met. • Ensure a clean and organized reception area that reflects a detail-oriented image. • Collaborate with team members to support overall office operations. Requirements • Must be fluent in both English and Spanish to effectively engage with a diverse customer base. • Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role, with at least 1 year of relevant experience. • Strong proficiency in operating multi-line phone systems and managing phone inquiries. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a pleasant phone manner. • Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions and process payments accurately. • Proficient in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy. • Exceptional multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Customer-focused mindset with an attentive and approachable attitude.
