Receptionist
Description We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. In this role, you will handle a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. SPANISH IS REQUIRED. Hours: 8am - 5pm. Responsibilities: • Greet visitors and manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls as needed. • Organize and maintain office filing systems, including personnel and legal records. • Prepare, edit, and proofread documents and correspondence with attention to detail. • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and company meals, ensuring schedules run smoothly. • Oversee office supply inventory and place orders as required to maintain stock levels. • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other technical tools for data entry, reporting, and database management. • Assist with administrative tasks such as email correspondence and calendar management. • Support Human Resources by handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion. • Collaborate with team members to accomplish related tasks efficiently and effectively. Requirements • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe products. • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with an attentive and approachable demeanor. • Experience in a fast-paced office environment, demonstrating the ability to multitask and prioritize. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail. • Self-motivated and adaptable, capable of working both independently and in a team setting. • Bilingual in Spanish and English is required. • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Minimum of two years of administrative or receptionist experience, including customer service and data entry.
