A construction company in Little Rock is looking for a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and team members. Responsibilities
+ Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members in a polite and professional manner.
+ Schedule Coordination: Manage and maintain meeting room bookings, coordinate appointments, and assist with scheduling project-related meetings.
+ Administrative Support: Provide basic administrative assistance, including data entry, filing, scanning documents, and preparing correspondence.
+ Communication Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring smooth communication across the organization.
+ Document Handling: Process and distribute incoming mail, packages, and courier deliveries; assist with the preparation of outgoing mail.
+ Office Supplies Management: Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies, ensuring essential materials are stocked and reordered as needed.
+ Maintain Office Organization: Ensure the reception area and common office spaces remain tidy, organized, and welcoming.
+ Visitor Assistance: Facilitate the check-in process for visitors, issuing visitor passes when required and ensuring compliance with the company’s safety protocols.
Requirements
+ Experience: Previous receptionist or administrative experience (experience in construction or related industries preferred).
+ Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
+ Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel); experience with industry-specific tools or software is a plus.
+ Professionalism: Positive demeanor, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with
