**Your Tasks**
- You are the business card of our company
- You warmly welcome our customers and colleagues and ensure a pleasant and smooth stay
- Organization of conference rooms: monitoring room bookings; ensuring cleanliness and order in conference rooms, supporting internal and external events
- Controlling and adjusting service provider and supplier processes as needed
- Managing the telephone switchboard in French and English
- Office organization (inventory, ordering and checking supplies such as office materials, coffee, tea, and snacks)
- Handling catering orders
- Coordination of incoming and outgoing mail, distributing mail within the building as well as registering and receiving courier shipments and messenger tasks
- Management of customer and employee parking spaces
- Local fleet management
- Health & Safety organization at the location
- Supporting event planning
**Your Profile**
- Enjoy working with people and present a friendly, confident, and professional demeanor
- Strong service orientation with high quality standards and a “hands-on” mentality
- An open, communicative personality with a sense of responsibility and team spirit
- Ability to stay calm during busy periods, organizational talent, and resilience
- Experience at a reception or in the gastronomy/hospitality industry desirable
- Fluent written and spoken French and good English skills
- Very good manners and genuine warmth in dealing with high -class customers and guests
- Discretion, loyalty, commitment, and dedication
- Very good MS Office skills
