Job Title: Receiving Specialist Location: Glenshaw, PA Type: Direct Hire Contractor Work Model: Onsite Receiving Specialist Objective Seeking a Receiving Specialist position to utilize warehouse logistics and inventory management expertise in a production environment. Responsibilities: + Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality + Enter data in ERP systems and reconcile shipping documents with purchase orders + Work with Quality and Purchasing teams to resolve material issues and discrepancies + Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to unload and move inventory + Maintain organized, safe warehouse areas + Label materials and update inventory locations in system + Process returns and defective materials with Quality team + Communicate with departments about material status and needs + Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits + Support additional logistics operations as needed Requirements: + High school diploma or GED required + 3+ years warehouse receiving or logistics experience + Ability to work independently in fast-paced environment + Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel + Knowledge of FedEx/UPS shipping platforms + Strong organizational and problem-solving skills + Excellent communication abilities + Lift up to 50 pounds (assistance available) + Knowledge of safety standards and warehouse practices Preferences: + LTL shipping and international freight experience (Canada/Mexico) + Forklift certification or willing to obtain + Additional logistics training/certifications System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
