Responsible for receiving, inspecting, and recording all goods delivered to the hotel, ensuring accuracy in quantity, quality, and documentation, while maintaining high standards of integrity and compliance.
Key Responsibilities

Receive and verify all incoming goods against purchase orders

Inspect quality, quantity, and pricing of delivered items

Prepare daily receiving reports and report discrepancies

Record all purchases into the inventory system

Ensure proper storage and security of goods

Coordinate with Purchasing, Store, and relevant departments

Follow safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field

Previous experience in receiving, store, or purchasing (hospitality experience is an advantage)

Basic knowledge of inventory control and purchasing procedures

Good command of English (spoken and written)

Computer literacy (e.g., Microsoft Office, inventory systems)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and teamwork skills

Honest, reliable, and able to work under pressure
