Receiving Inspector Job Number: 358958 Category: Quality Inspector Description: Job Title: Receiving Inspector Contract - 3 months Location - Greensboro, NC 27409 Pay - up to $25 hour DOE A Receiving Inspector job in Greensboro, NC is currently accepting applications. This is a 3 month contract position with our key aerospace client. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting both incoming and outgoing material for quality and conformance to specifications and/or other applicable requirements. To be considered for this role, you will have a High School Diploma along with 5+ years of related inspection experience. Receiving Inspector Job Responsibilities: * Monitor daily deliveries, accept or reject shipments that are not received in satisfactory condition. * Separate delivered items by priority and/or department. * Open, inspect, check condition, correct documentation and quality of each item and verify items are in accordance with the requirements of the purchase order. * Reject and identify all decrepit items, annotate this information in computer system and place item in bond. * Receive all items, which are acceptable into the computer system. * Monitor outgoing shipments for proper documentation and packing. Receiving Inspector Job Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Five (5) or more years of experience as a technician and/or inspector in a commercial aircraft environment, or previous demonstrated ability with. Up to four years Military Aviation may be applied if experience was on transport category type aircraft * A&P or Repairman Certificate with Parts Inspection Limitation * Must have basic knowledge of computer systems. * Must have working knowledge of aircraft documentation. * Read, write and understand the English language.
